Testimonials from clients

'Paul has been a fantastic support to me whilst  trying to set up a pupil leadership system in the school.  His support ranged from suggesting projects for pupils to lead (for example Fun-key Friday, a house captain led inter-house competition which has been great fun for our pupils and great leadership experience to our leaders ) as well as training pupils new to leadership in the school (he has trained our pupil SLT team including head boy and girl as well as a team of befrienders).

He is passionate and dedicated about young people and their experience in school; he also understands how schools work so is perfectly placed to ensure great ideas become effective school strategies. More importantly, his notes and follow up are precise and detailed; he certainly held me to task over what I had agreed to do.'                                  Vicki Dean, Assistant Principal, Tenbury High Ormiston Academy, Shropshire
'The work delivered by Paul was engaging for all involved. The programme gives everyone a chance to experience maths in a fun, engaging way. It does not just concentrate on Maths though, but poses questions that take some real thought. Overall, the programme is inclusive, interesting and creative, but more than that it is fun for everyone!'                Tom West, Community Enterprise Team, Horizon Community College, Barnsley
'Year 6 enjoyed the Romans Game so much they  thought they really were trading items for survival. In an era where animation and electronic gadgets are abundant, this form of strategic thinking activity provided the children a fun hands-on game experience whilst taxing their minds.

The workshop is engaging and brought the topic of the Romans to life. We were able to promote the children’s writing, with a richer set of vocabulary. The vocabulary learned through the game helped to build extended text after the workshop. Groups of children who would not normally chose to work together did without a second thought. The success is the clever way in which Paul crafts the workshop so that the pace of the developing game decisions is well managed.

All pupils were
included and the voice of children who sometimes can be overwhelmed by more vocal children, were managed in such a way that it was their input that often made the difference in the success of the different tribes/Roman groups.'
